Amy- It depends - in the winter we might have several hundred come through in a day if we are open for everyone. When we have ticketed events we giveout between 100-120 tickets. We might do 60 mens showers or 10 family showers with each family having several children. Right now things are slower as many refugees are trying to leave in the midst of the Greek holiday and tourist season.
My husband Kent and I have been married 40 years and have four children and two grandchildren. Until 2008 we lived and worked in Oregon where we raised our family, ran a business and were active in our Church. After visiting the work with refugees here in Greece we felt that God was calling us here full time. We sold our home and business and moved to Athens in July 2008. We love the work here and feel very blessed to be a part of what God is doing "among the Nations".
Looks really great! How many refugees do you minister to on a regular basis?
